Your privacy is very important to The Spiritual Cinema Circle (SCC). Please read the following policy so you understand how we use the personal information we ask you to submit. This policy may change without notice, so please check back periodically. If you use any of SCC's services, you agree to the privacy policy and any updates.

Personal Information

When you register for the SCC service, we ask you for personal information including, full name, physical address, telephone number, email address and credit card number so we can ship your order. We use this information to process your orders and to communicate with you about updates, newsletters, messages, order status, announcements, surveys, special offers, and feedback about SCC's products and services and special promotions we may offer. We use your telephone number only if there is an order-related issue, not for marketing purposes. You must certify that you are at least 18 years old. (People under 18 cannot use SCC's services.) Our server stores this information so processing your monthly subscription and product orders will be quicker and easier. 

If you provide SCC with other people's information for gift certificates or membership subscriptions the information collected about other people will be treated in the same manner as set forth herein.

Any testimonials, surveys or feedback that you submit to us may be published by SCC in our materials and SCC may utilize your name in connection with the posting. You are responsible to ensure that any material you submit, post, upload or transmit via the SCC's website does not violate the rights of any person or entity and is compliance with our Terms of Use.

Disclosure, Sale, Rental

We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal or identifying information to any unaffiliated third parties without your permission.

We use other companies, agents or contractors to perform services necessary to SCC's operations such as maintaining SCC's website, processing credit card transactions, analyzing customer interaction and conducting research and surveys. We also provide postal addresses to the U.S. Post Office for delivery purposes. While providing such services, these companies may be aware of your personal information. By contractual agreement, these companies must treat your information in accordance with this Policy. However, SCC will not be liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by any of these companies.

SCC reserves the right to disclose any information as required by law and as necessary to defend SCC's websites, services and the safety of our users.

Email Options

When registering for SCC, you are also subscribing to our newsletter and email list for you to receive information about upcoming titles and related news. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter and mailing list at any time. Unsubscribing from the email list DOES NOT cancel your membership.

Affiliates & Community Partners

As of February 1, 2019, SCC will offer an Affiliate program, where affiliate members direct customers to SCC through links on their Web sites. We ask affiliates for their site name (URL), mailing address, primary contact, pay-to address, technical contact, and other site-related information to determine whether a site will be included in our Affiliate Network. SCC may work with its Affiliates on promotions and special offers and provide Affiliates with SCC materials.

Cookies

As you browse the SCC site, session cookies are saved to your computer's hard drive. (Session cookies are small text files saved by your web browser from the Internet.) If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you may not be able to use the SCC site or service. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us your personal information. SCC may change the Privacy Policy at any time without notice. You should check SCC's Privacy Policy periodically for updates to this policy as your use of our website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the changes. The current version will be controlling.
